If you are getting an error when you are trying to extract the ZIP folder that you downloaded you can have multiple issues.  

First, ensure that the file has completely downloaded before you try to extract it.   

Second, try downloading it again.  

Sometimes there can be an issue with the download due to connection to the server.  Make sure that you are also on one of our accepted browsers when you download.  

We only support Google Chrome and Firefox as accepted browsers for our website.  Internet Explorer and Safari have had reported issues with downloading templates.    

If you are still having issues after following these steps please submit a support ticket.  It is very possible that our online file has somehow been corrupted and will need to be replaced.   Please make sure you give us your order number and the name of the template you are having issues with when you email us.
